Role Overview

We are hiring a Webflow Developer to manage our website end-to-end. Based in Pune, you will build responsive pages from Figma, maintain CMS structures, and apply Client-First methodology. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript and SEO best practices. This role focuses on creating high-conversion, performance-optimized landing pages.

Key Responsibilities

Webflow Development: Build, maintain, and scale our marketing site and CMS collections using the Client-First naming system (Finsweet).

High-Conversion Pages: Ship landing pages for campaigns with clear structure, fast load, strong CTAs, and form tracking.

UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma to Webflow with responsive layouts, interactions, and accessibility.

CMS & Components: Design flexible CMS schemas, dynamic pages, and reusable components for speed and consistency.

Technical SEO: Manage sitemaps, robots.txt, meta tags, schema markup, canonical/redirect rules, and clean URL structures.

Analytics & Tracking: Set up GA4, GTM, and Microsoft Clarity; define events/goals; ensure reliable conversion tracking.

Integrations: Connect forms and leads to CRM/marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier/Make) with validation and error states.

AI in Workflow: Use AI tools to speed content drafts, alt text, schema suggestions, QA checklists, and experiment ideas.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years building B2B SaaS websites in Webflow (portfolio required).

Methodology: Hands-on with Client-First (Finsweet) and component-driven builds.

Front-End: Strong HTML, CSS (Flex/Grid), and basic JavaScript for interactions and light logic.

SEO: Knows on-page + technical SEO (schema, redirects, canonicalization, indexing, page speed).

UI/UX Sense: Comfortable making design-level decisions for spacing, hierarchy, and mobile-first layouts.

CMS: Skilled with Webflow CMS collections, filters, conditional visibility, and dynamic lists.

Tooling: GA4, Search Console, Clarity/Hotjar; basic A/B testing tools.

Nice to Have: Lottie/GSAP, Webflow Logic, basic copy chops for landing pages.
