What is the Progression View?
Progression is a system-defined analytics view in MaxIQ that visualises stage movement across a selected timeframe using a combined bar and line chart. Each week or month shows total deal value at each stage, helping teams spot whether pipeline is building toward Closed Won or stalling in early stages. It adds the dimension of time to what the Waterfall view shows about pipeline health.
How to Access
- From the Sidebar, select Analytics
- Expand System Defined analytics
- Select Progression from the list
Key Controls
- Timeframe dropdown: select the financial period
- Configuration dropdown: define forecast categories for progression analysis
- Level Hierarchy dropdown: filter by role or territory
- Period dropdown: choose Weekly or Monthly view
- Filter button: refine by owner, stage, or other attributes
The X-axis shows amount. The Y-axis shows week. Bars display total amounts across stages. Lines show sub-category forecast values per week. Selections are persisted across sessions.
