What are Columns?
Columns are the data cards displayed across the forecasting screen. Each column is assigned a type: opportunity stage grouping, formula value, quota target, or forecast call category. Together they let managers scan the full forecast picture without opening individual records.
Clicking a column opens a bottom drawer with detailed records behind that summary. This connects column-level review to the individual deal data driving forecast accuracy.
Column Types
- Stage-based: groups opportunities by pipeline stage
- Formula: displays a calculated metric from user-defined expressions
- Quota: shows the rep or team quota for the current period
- Forecast Call: shows a category submission value such as Commit or Most Likely
