What is EchoIQ?
EchoIQ is MaxIQ's native conversation intelligence capability. It captures, transcribes, and analyzes customer and prospect meetings to surface structured insights including key topics discussed, sentiment signals, action items, stakeholder engagement levels, and risk indicators and connects those insights directly to deal and account context within the MaxIQ platform.
Unlike standalone conversation intelligence tools, EchoIQ feeds meeting data into the full MaxIQ revenue system, making every conversation a live input to account health, deal health, and renewal signals.
Why EchoIQ Matters
Most sales and customer success conversations generate valuable intelligence that disappears after the call ends. EchoIQ changes that by creating a durable, searchable record of every meeting and connecting that record to the broader account story.
Teams using EchoIQ can reduce post-call admin time, improve rep-to-rep knowledge transfer, coach more effectively with specific call examples, and catch account risk signals that manual note-taking would miss.
Key EchoIQ Capabilities
- Automatic meeting transcription and AI-generated summaries
- Action item extraction and follow-up tracking
- Sentiment and engagement scoring per meeting
- Competitor mention detection and flagging
- Talk-to-listen ratio and participation analysis
- Direct connection to account and deal health in MaxIQ
How EchoIQ Fits in MaxIQ
EchoIQ is the conversation intelligence layer within MaxIQ feeding into InspectIQ for deal inspection, account health models for post-sales visibility, and renewal intelligence for CS teams. It is designed to make every meeting a structured input to the revenue system, not an isolated event.
Example
A Customer Success manager runs a quarterly business review. EchoIQ captures the meeting, generates a summary with key themes and action items, flags that the customer mentioned a new initiative that could represent an expansion opportunity, and updates the account health view to reflect the executive's positive tone and strong participation. The CS manager spends the next day acting on the expansion signal rather than writing up their notes.
