What is Rolled Up?
When reps submit individual forecasts, those records become Rolled Up and surface in the manager's forecast view as a consolidated team input. The Rolled Up tab gives managers one place to review, adjust, or deselect submitted records before the team submission closes.
How It Works in MaxIQ
Inside the Submit Forecast window, the Rolled Up tab shows all rep-submitted records for the current period. Selections from the previous cycle carry forward automatically, reducing rework and keeping forecast accuracy consistent across reporting periods.
- Review and retain rep selections as submitted
- Deselect records that are no longer viable before submitting
- Carry forward prior cycle selections to maintain continuity
