What is a MaxIQ User?
A MaxIQ User is anyone on the sales team who accesses the platform for daily work. This includes account executives submitting forecasts, managers reviewing team submissions, and sales leaders monitoring performance. Users do not configure the system. They work within the setup the admin has defined.
Users access pipeline inspection, analytics views, forecasting submissions, workspace records, and AI-generated insights from their role-based view of the platform.
What Users Can Do
- Submit individual forecasts by category and sub-category
- Review pipeline health in Waterfall, Progression, and Linearity views
- Access workspace records, notes, and action items for their deals
- Explore and filter published self-service analytics dashboards
- Review AI call summaries and deal insights from EchoIQ
