What is a MaxIQ Admin?
The MaxIQ Admin is the user role responsible for configuring the platform. Admins control which Salesforce objects are available, how forecast categories are structured, which analytics dashboards are published, and what playbooks are active. Standard users inherit the experience the admin builds.
Most organisations assign the admin role to a RevOps analyst or Salesforce admin who already manages revenue operations tooling. Admin changes take effect immediately for all users on the platform.
