What is a Level?

Level is the hierarchy position assigned to each user in MaxIQ. It controls what data the user sees in their forecast view, who rolls up to whom, and how analytics are segmented by the organisation. A rep sees their own deals. A manager sees their team. A VP sees all teams below them.

Levels ensure that each user interacts with data relevant to their role. They also power the Level Hierarchy dropdown in analytics views like Waterfall and Linearity, where managers can filter results by specific team levels.

Why It Matters

In enterprise sales, the same pipeline data means different things at different levels. A manager needs to spot which reps need coaching. A VP needs to spot which regions are at risk. Level-based views make both possible from the same platform.
