What are Related Fields?
Related Fields are cross-object data references. For example, a field on an Opportunity that pulls in the Account's industry or the Contact's title is a Related Field. It lives on one object but its value comes from a linked object.
Admins configure which Related Fields are available in MaxIQ views and columns. This lets teams surface account-level or contact-level data directly in pipeline inspection without switching between multiple Salesforce screens.
Why It Matters
Reps working pipeline reviews need deal context fast. Related Fields bring that context into the same row as the deal: account health score, key contact engagement, renewal date. No extra clicks. No separate lookup.
